Mar-Security Services recognizes that every customer has individual requirements, determined by a wide range of factors. Before recommending any course of action the company will carry out a no obligation security consultation on site, taking into account not only the layouts of clients' premises but also local demographics and social factors.
Mar-Security management packages are tailored to your individual requirements.
We have based this web site on my experience of providing security at theme bars in central and greater London,
M.A.R Security Experience
As you are well aware, a presentable, well trained security team is a very important factor in the success of every leisure establishment To this end we have worked with police forces, and are at the forefront in establishing respected innovative training programmes and industry standards. With 21 years experience in the leisure industry supplying security to a number of leisure establishments throughout London, Mar-Security has the experience and knowledge to provide a complete package with the right mix of skills. As social attitudes change, leisure establishments throughout the country are recognising the need for a professional security team. But as the necessity for expert security management has grown, so too has the legislation regarding security. It has become increasingly stringent with particular emphasis on training and registration. Whilst this places additional burdens and demands on leisure management personnel, reducing the time they are able to devote to their primary functions. The use of a reputable consultant can address problems without compromising the working relationships that are vital to your success.
We would be delighted to furnish references on request.
Your Security Hosts
First impressions last in the leisure industry, in particular, your "front of house" personnel need to create a good impression even when dealing with difficult situations. Our training equips security staff not only to deal with these, but also to de-fuse or even prevent incidents occurring in the first place. I appreciate that the management of Venue has invested significant resources in creating a certain image. Employing traditional "doorman in bomber jackets" at the "front of house" can easily compromise this. To address this problem Mar-Security specialises in developing security systems for theme bars attracting a similar clientele to Venue to meet their specific needs. My aim is to keep your venue secure, to enhance your Venues image and to attract custom. I believe that whilst doing their job, our staff should serve as 'ambassadors' for you. In order to successfully achieve this, we would propose to use a select pool of experienced licensed security hosts in keeping with your image. We will also provide uniforms for all of our staff. My personnel are highly experienced licensed security hosts who are familiar working in busy, high quality venues in, and around Greater London. All my staff are first aid trained, licensed, and conversant with "Conflict Resolution Skills". We are trained to assist and protect your staff and patrons alike in the event of assault, trespass or emergency situations.
We wish you a very successful event
However from time to time trouble cannot be avoided that is why all Mar-Security personnel are insured for each event they attend.
One less thing to worry about in the busy day to day running of your business.
Chis & Sid Reunion
Dear Mark and Terri
Just a quick note to thank you for providing the security for the Chis & Sid School Reunion Party on Saturday 27 October 2001.
From start to finish you provided a fantastic service. We were extremely grateful that you were able to provide security for our event.
The doormen all were very courteous and polite, but had the necessary presence to deter potential troublemakers.
MAR Security played a key role in the success of the event.
If there is any future events we will of course contact M.A.R-Security again. In the meantime,
we'd be very happy to provide references if you need any.
Kind regards
Sarah Cox and Jacquie Allix
Dear Mark,
My name is Peter Grayson and I am organising Chislehurst and Sidcup's Leavers Ball.
I am writing to you to see if it would be possible to arrange some security for the event. I have been in contact with Sarah Cox and Jacquie Allix
who organised Chis n Sids re-union last October, and they said to get in touch with you, as the Doormen did a superb job!
I was wondering if it would be possible to hire 4 Doormen for 5 hours on the 24th of May, from 7:00pm - 12:00am at Bromley Court Hotel.
I understand its very short notice, but I have only just been given your number!
My home telephone number is -------------, my mobile is ------------
and my email address is -------------@hotmail.com. I would be very grateful if you could let me know if this would be possible,
or whether it is too short notice!
Yours truly, Peter Grayson
